HDD: ST2000DM002-1CH164 F/W: CC26

Problem: HDD is not detected

Steps: Tried to connect terminal, ok , then read system files 1b,28,35,133,135,346 well and no error in Ctrl+X at T
Checked V40 no entries but V4 has many entries
When V4 issued initially it shows many entries then suddenly DiagError 00000027 appears and no way to terminate that error except repower
Then cleared V4 (i4,1,22) then N1 everything ok then applied

                        F"RWRecoveryFlags",00,22
                        F"BGMSFlags",00,22
                        F"PerformanceFlags",043C,22
                        F"ReadRetries",00,22 then clear SMART

Now the hdd is detected and scanned for files can see files and folders,

When copying files and folders suddenly hdd disappeared

Then connected via terminal the same error then cleared G-List(V4) then cleared smart

Again hdd detected, after copying some files the same thing happend as before.

Now i have to clear V4 and SMART each and every time.

Can someone help me to patch the attached sysfile 93 to stop reallocation, MC etc

Thanks in advance

Hello Mr. Osama

As per your guide, I had uploaded terminal but no reply.

What i have to do? i can only copy ~3GB once then become non-detected, then i have to clear g-list then smart, after that i can copy again ~3gb then hdd disconnected. i have to repeat again and again these steps to copy data.

i also tried F"RWRecoveryFlags",C1,22 then also the same thing happens

so pls guide
